These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Remjet mobile application ("the App") developed and operated by Studio THM ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Remjet, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service. This license does not allow you to distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App.
Remjet offers auto-renewing subscription plans:
All subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. After the trial period, your Apple ID will be charged for the selected subscription plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
During your free trial, you have full access to all features. Premium effects and export functionality require an active subscription after the trial ends.
You retain full ownership of all photos and videos you create, edit, or process using Remjet. We do not claim any rights to your content. All editing is performed locally on your device, and we do not access, store, or transmit your media.
LUTs, presets, grain overlays, and other creative assets bundled with Remjet are licensed for use within the App only. You may not extract, redistribute, or resell these assets outside of Remjet.
You agree not to use Remjet to:
Remjet may integrate with third-party services (such as Instagram for sharing, or Apple for subscriptions). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Remjet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio THM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Remjet, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages exceeding amounts paid to us in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Studio THM, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Remjet immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.
Apple, Inc. is a third-party beneficiary to these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services for Remjet.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Studio THM regarding the use of Remjet.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Remjet after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
