These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Remjet mobile application and related services developed, owned, and operated by StudioTHM ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Remjet, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service. This license does not allow you to distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App.
Remjet is free to download and offers optional Remjet Pro monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The applicable price, billing period, available introductory offer, and eligibility are displayed in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation before you subscribe. Prices and offers may vary by country or region.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase, or when an eligible free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple, subject to applicable law. Pro access continues for the remaining paid subscription period after cancellation.
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, text, and other content you create or submit to Remjet. Editing your media does not transfer ownership to Studio THM LLC.
When you choose to upload or share content through Scout or another online feature, you grant Studio THM LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize or format, transmit, and display that content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and moderate those features, consistent with your sharing choices. We may allow our service providers to perform these activities on our behalf. This permission does not allow us to sell your content or use it in advertising without separate permission.
You must own your submitted content or have the permissions necessary to upload it and grant this license, including permission for any third-party material it contains. You must not submit content that infringes another person's rights or violates the law.
This license ends when your content is deleted from our active services, except to the extent temporary backups or legal retention obligations require us to retain copies. Deleting your content does not remove copies independently saved by other users while you made it available to them.
Local editing does not require uploading the original media to our servers. Online features may store or transmit the content you choose to submit, as described in our Privacy Policy.
LUTs, presets, grain overlays, and other creative assets bundled with Remjet are licensed for use within the App only. You may not extract, redistribute, or resell these assets outside of Remjet.
You agree not to use Remjet to:
Remjet may integrate with third-party services (such as Instagram for sharing, or Apple for subscriptions). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Remjet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioTHM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Remjet, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages exceeding amounts paid to us in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StudioTHM, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Remjet immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.
Apple, Inc. is a third-party beneficiary to these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services for Remjet.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StudioTHM regarding the use of Remjet.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Remjet after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
