Remjet ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed and operated by Studio THM. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application.

Information We Collect

Remjet is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services:

• Apple ID & Subscription Data: Subscription management is handled entirely through Apple's StoreKit 2. We do not collect, store, or have access to your Apple ID credentials. Apple processes all payment information directly.
• Photos & Videos: All photo and video editing is performed locally on your device. Your media files are never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.
• Analytics (if applicable): We may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the app experience. This data does not identify you personally and includes information such as which features are used most frequently, crash reports, and general device information.

How We Use Information

Any information collected is used solely to provide and improve the Remjet app experience, manage your subscription status, and diagnose technical issues.

Third-Party Services

Remjet may integrate with the following third-party services:

• Apple StoreKit 2: For subscription management and payment processing.
• Featurebase: If you choose to submit feedback or feature requests through our feedback board.

Each third-party service is governed by its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.

Data Storage & Security

All photo and video processing happens entirely on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal media. Subscription status is verified through Apple's systems.

Data Retention & Deletion

Since we do not collect personal data beyond what Apple manages for subscriptions, there is minimal data to retain. If you wish to delete any account-related data, you can do so within the app's settings or by contacting us at tom@remjet.app. Account data will be deleted within 30 days of your request, except where retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

Remjet is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data through the app's settings or by contacting us
• Restrict processing: Limit how we use your data
• Revoke permissions: Revoke photo library access or other permissions at any time through your device's Settings app under Privacy & Security

• Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
• Right to request deletion of personal information
• Right to opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
